Teenagers haven’t been the same since Bella Swan arrived in Forks, Washington.
The lovelorn “Twilight” book series follows Bella and 104-year-old vampire Edward Cullen through Forks, recreating teen love and forbidden fantasy. Since the release of the first book in 2005, author Stephanie Meyer has captured the hearts of intrigued school girls and re-introduced the world to the seduction of the dark side. (Parents: take a moment to remember where you were the first time you met Keifer Sutherland and Jason Patric in “The Lost Boys”). The series has become so popular that unpublished titles are still yet to be released, though rumors continue to fly that the next book in the series will be from Edward Cullen’s point of view.
The Twilight series has sold over 85 million copies the vampire tales have been translated into over 30 different languages. If you’reĀ one of the millions of people who have already read the soon-to-be-cult-classic, why not trade it for another series?
