You cannot let the masses define you. You have to take an active role in the discussion! In this social web everyone has a voice – that is the way it is – and the result is all of us are exposed to criticism and praise by those who have varying degrees of intormation.
Swap.com is strategic to us for many many reasons. That is why we posted about our acquisition/rationale, our launch/rationale, and this will continue as we go forward. Why did we do it? So that you would talk about it, and bring the conversation back to us. The folks at UnderConsideration.com picked up on it, posted about it and now there’s another link out there setting the table for the category, company and our strategic rationale. Engaging in the activist dialogue is a key element of any successful brand building effort today!

I agree with the blogger. And we have to do something on the favicon… it does not match. As Steve says… “if that is our only problem … well done … that is easy to address.”

Swap.com Mobile is a free iPhone is app that lets you scan items into your HAVE and WANT lists, manage your account, see what you can get for your stuff, and participate in swaps.
